Clean room, good a/c, fridge, TV. Nearby main attractions: Botanical Gardens, Opera House, Hyde Park. Helpful staff. Quick checkout, well-connected location with restaurants, bars, shops. Few mins walk to Kings Cross station. Frequently cleaned common bathrooms. Great value for money, comfortable bed, convenient for one night stop over near trains. Easy transaction. 🌟

Nice staff and great location
The equipment of the kitchen is disastrous. There are 3 pans and a few pots, but if only 2 of 6 hotplates work, that's probably enough.

Pos , the hotel is well, located, close to a train station and other amenities. It's very easy to get around from here, with public transport nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants. the room is spacious and clean, with modern décor and plenty of storage space. the bathroom is clean and well, maintained, with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. the breakfast is also excellent, with a good selection of hot and cold foods and drinks.
Neg , the reception staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. Despite this, the hotel is still a good budget option for those looking for a convenient location and comfortable room.

It is really very quick to walk to central locations like Harbor Bridge, Opera House etc., which is why there are also a couple of cafes, restaurants etc. Kings Cross a train station is not far away.
The room was very small and smelled super unpleasant, was on the 3rd floor. Boss and a young volunteer were nice of the staff but one with short black hair and glasses wasn't good! In case of extension you will not get the same price as booked before. At certain times everything is locked up.

We had a fantastic stay at Female Only - Venus Kings Cross. the rooms were spotlessly clean, with modern facilities and a super comfy bed. the breakfast was exceptional, and the hosts were incredibly friendly. They even taught us pottery and took us to the night market. the location of the property was ideal, surrounded by great bars, restaurants, and other amenities. the best part was that it was so close to the Ayutthaya temples, and we were able to explore them easily with the free bikes. And let's not forget the warm hot showers!
We felt very well taken care of, no complaints at all.

Loooooooved it! Great hostel, great people. Bit of a partyplace, so it's up to you of you'll like that. Its located in the clubbin'-heart of sydney, so have some fun! If you want to go somewhere quiet, this is not the place. If you want to make friends, have fun, have a wonderful time, this is the place to be!

We used the backpackers for a place to stay for a night out in a town, at first the long corridors and the painted walls were a bit overwhelming and gave an overwhelming feeling of something out of a horror movie but all in all the room was secure, clean, and well maintained. We were located directly next to the toilet as well. Which was a convenience. Also the physical location in town is also a plus - right near all the main nightclubs but far away enough so there is no noise. The shared bathrooms are modern and clean, still wouldnt trust not wearing thongs in the shower though.
Reception was very unorganised, when i called up to double check everything was ok, about an hour before arrival, the receptionist said there was no booking under my name, and so i asked for my money back and he told me i would have to wait till the manager was in and personally come to the hostel to meet with him. This was not an option as i live 3 hours away. When i arrived, to solve the dispute, he miracously had found my booking information. And was very rude about it. If you dont like the idea of sharing a bathroom with about 10 other people dont stay here - i didnt necessarily care, until a drunken man vomitted all through the shower.

Location is good, close to Metro Station
Not clarify on benefits:- 1. Dishes & Eating Equipments need to requested during check-in 2. Guarantee money will not be refund by cash even collect by cash. It is fair as this is policy but would need to clarify first! 3. Walking Way Floor not stable in which create lots of noise when walking even you walk carefully. So, difficult to sleep during night. 4. Toilets are not as clean as they should

They overbooked and put us in a room in another hostel for the first night that was the size of a closet. It was very discombobulating the first night.
